Sacral Chakra

*The sacral chakra is the second chakra position, and sits just below the navel.


*It influences your creativity centre. 
This includes: Creativity in art, problem solving, reproduction, & expression.


*As the second chakra, it opens your abilities to experience your world through many feelings & sensations.

The sacral chakra connects with the reproductive system and parts of the urinary system.
Includes: bladder, kidneys, genitals, ovaries, testicles & uterus.

EMOTIONS:

Negative: Subdued/suppressed/blocked creativity, feelings, passion, sexuality. Neediness & addiction.

Root Chakra

*The root chakra is the first chakra position, and sits at the base of spine or coccyx.

*It covers the primal instincts, the basic need for survival, and the fight/flight response.

*As the base chakra, it stabilizes all other chakra's and keeps the individual grounded and alive.

PHYSICAL BODY:

The root chakra connects with the skeleton and vital organs of the body, 
that keep us alive.
Includes: bones, teeth, large intestine, kidneys & blood.

EMOTIONS:

Emotions affected by the Root Chakra include:

Positive: Trust, safety, courage & resourcefulness

Negative: Anger, fear, anxiety & depression
